साहित्य | Ingredients
गुलाबजामून वळण्यासाठी | To Roll Gulab jamun 01:25
*बारीक रवा १ कप | Fine Semolina 1 Cup
*दूध पावडर १/२ कप | Milk pw ½ Cup
*साजूक तूप २ tbsp | Desi Ghee 2 tbsp
*केशर १०-१२ काड्या | Saffron sticks 10-12
*साखर २ tsp | Sugar 2 tsp
*मैदा २ tbsp | Maida 2 tbsp
*दूध अडीच कप | Milk 2.5 cups
*तळण्यासाठी तेल | Oil for frying
साखरेचा पाक करण्यासाठी | To make sugar syrup 02:02
*साखर ३ कप | Sugar 3 cups
*वेलची ३-४ फोडून | Cardamom 3-4 broken
*लिंबाचा रस १ चमचा | Lemon juice 1 tsp
*पाणी ३ कप | Water 3 cups

This one single recipe of gulab jamun can be made in many types using different ingredients. In today's recipe we are going to see how to make gulab jamun using rav. The process is very simple and easy. The texture of it will be so soft that the moment you eat it, it will melt in your mouth. Once you make this suzi gulab jamun all your family will always ask you to make it in the same manner. Let's see how to make this rava gulab jamun recipe.

How to make sugar syrup for gulab jamun / how to make sakharecha pak for gulab jamun - 02:20
*Heat a large pot, add sugar & water to it, stir until sugar dissolves.
*When sugar dissolves completely & mixture starts boiling, turn the flame to low, add broken cardamom pods & cook the syrup on low flame for 6-7 mins
*We need slightly sticky & thin sugar syrup, do not overcook the syrup, else it will become thick & won't absorbed by gulab jamuns
*Once sugar syrup is ready, turn off the flame, cover the sugar syrup & keep is aside
How to make gulab jamun dough - 04:30
*Add rava, milk pw & maida to the grinding jar & grind for sometime.
*Heat a heavy bottom pan or kadhai, add milk & bring it to boil
*Then add saffron sticks, sugar, Ghee & mix well
*Turn the flame to low & add suzi mixture & mix well to break lumps & until you get dough like consistency.
*Once done, take the mixture into a large plate or parat, mash the hot mixture using potato masher & when it comes to the bearable temp knead the dough for sometime to get smooth lumps free dough.
*Then roll the equal sized gulab jamun.
How to fry gulab jamun - 08:25
*Heat up some oil into a kadhai, once oil is med hot turn the flame to low & add gulab jamun fry gulab jamuns on very low flame until they get nice golden brown color
*Take them out & put into slightly hot sugar syrup & cover.
*Fry all the gulab jamuns & put into sugar Syrup, cover it & let them sit overnight or 7-8 hrs.
*After 7-8 hrs our delicious super soft Rava Gulabjamun recipe is ready
