Ingredients
उकडलेली अंडी 5-6
वाटण -
आले 1 इंच
लसुण 10-12
हिरव्या मिरच्या 2-3
कोथिंबीर मूठभर
टोमॅटो पिकलेले 2 छोटे
बटर 2-3 tbsp
तेल 2 tbsp
जिरे 1 tsp
कांदा बारीक चिरलेला 2 मध्यम
लाल मिरची पावडर 1-2 tsp
हळद 1/2 tsp
गरम मसाला पावडर 1 tsp
धणे पावडर 1 tsp
आमचूर पावडर 1/4 tsp
मीठ चवी प्रमाणे
Ingredients
Boiled eggs 5-6
Tomato puries 2-3 med sized ripened tomatoes
Making green paste
Ginger 1 inches
Garlic 10-12
Fresh coriander handful
Green chillies 2-3
Making tawa masala
Butter 2-3 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Cummin seeds 1 tsp
Finely chopped onions 2 med sized
Red chilly powder 1-2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 /2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Corrriendor powder 1 tsp
Aamchur powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Recipe procedure in English:-
Boil eggs, cut into half.
Heat an iron pan / kadhai,
add 1 tbsp butter,
Half tsp red chilly powder & pinch of salt.
Then add boiled eggs
Cover and fry for 1-2 minutes each side.
Transfer into a plate
In the same heated pan, add butter and oil ( or only oil or only buttter can be used)
Add Cummin seeds, let it crackle.
Add finely chopped onions, fry till light brown color.
Then add ready green paste, saute for 2-3 mins
Add tomato purie
Add pinch of salt, mix well and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes
Then add powdered spices
Turmeric, red chilly powder, corriender powder, garam masala powder, and some water( add water as per your requirement of consistency) salt.
Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Last add fried eggs.. Coat well with gravy, cover and cook for one more minute.
Serve Hot.... With Roti, fulka, naan.. Enjoy..
