Mr. Rao is just stuck on the line "license cancelled because return not filed". Either he doesn't understand the nuances of the questions asked or he acting selectively deaf. Secondly, calling a viewer "murkh" or dumb is highly inappropriate. Just because he a minister doesn't absolve him of the basic courtesy. Very interesting debate. Valid questions raised but unfortunately very few answers forthcoming from the Minister. No surprises there.
