It's totally real locations. While shooting this song they faced so many problems with ice and snow. Finally they shoots. No single CGI. All team members faces became red because of coolnes so they used 2,3 three shutters, coats. But Allu Arjun and Rakul managed with make-up. But no cgi. See some scenes and there faces like pink and reddish.
