Regarding the strategic objective 2 "Make it easy & simple to comply" I have a different experience regarding this. I have multiple clients who are compliant according to Efiling, but SARS is not assisting with updating company details and adding bank account details and I have multiple unallocated payments that I am struggling to do the allocation for as SARS is not responding to my requests. I have contacted the call center multiple times, escalated multiple case numbers, spoken with SAIBA for assistance and submitted complaint to SARS, but still nothing is being done across 7 months of trying. Currently, it is not easy to comply with SARS.
