that is what I've been saying since phase 1. I have said "warriors will dominate, it is just a matter of time". and people were like "stop comparing this to classic, it is not classic" when I said every grand marshal and high warlord in classic was a warrior, with a few exceptions. And they kept arguing and I said, just wait and when it happens, I'm gonna come back here and say "I told you so". I'm a notorious warrior hater by the way, I hate warriors, I always have, because they are hard to play well but when they are played well, they are good, so I hate them. I like easy to play classes and I want easy to play classes to be good. and no, I'm not talking mouse wheel scroll easy like frost mages in molten core.

This is what happens when your only frame of reference is checking WCL instead of actually knowing what's going on. Frost mages do the same damage as fire mages right now, they are in a bad state in WCL because the page is counting frost mages with ignite as fire.

Frost Mage is super underrated atm, I would put them bottom of B tier. they do very similar DPS next to fire mages, assuming you have imp scorch. A Winter's Chill mage with double Icy Veins just slaps on short fights.

Yellows have a few specs we can use too. About 2-3 rune combinations that are all really close in the sims. So different play styles supported which is cool.

Yeah. Technically according to every tier list and wcl we're all playing "assassination" but you can play cut to the chase mutilate, you can play combat potency mutilate with a julie's dagger, you can play carnage mutilate (which is the most interesting imo), you can play saberslash with swords OR steal your hunters fist weapons, there's actually a wide variety of rogue playstyles

I've been maining SP since p2. Got her almost full Bis from gnomer/crafted/rep and sure it's fun spreading dots and use Mind Seer for crazy aoe (plus engineer aoe grenades). What kills SP for me outside of the know poor scaling SP had since Vanilla are: 1) Debuff bot mostly insted let us be a proper dps spec. We were strong for 1.5 weeks into p2 be4 getting the hard nerf hammer. Insted giving us dps rune, we get more pets (Eye). Yes yes sure in p3 we got "Despair" making our dots crit and that is for sure nice but it's not gonna like double or dps or anything and it's rng based (if crits or not). regardless of gear. 2) Endlessly need to change runes between trash packs and bosses. You use your aoe runes for trash, single target runes for bosses. Yes there are addons you could get to solve some of that pain but it's still a factor. And if someone ninja pulls a boss or trashpack be4 you manage to swap out like 4-5 runes...gl dps. 3) Especially on bosses: We need like 5-6 globals be4 we even start do dps. Meaning VE, Mind Spike x3, Mind Blast...so that's 4 GCDs right there. 6 if you count in both dots. 4) SPs are fun in PvP but in BGs, after you died, rezz up and rebuff youself (+ others) you start with 70% hp and 50% ish mana and your Fiend pet and Dispersion is on CD...yay. Plus you do also want to save, to have Dispersion up not just for the mana return but if you get jumped by 2 ppl. 5) Think I will likely go back and play my Ranged Hunter. Even knowing they always started strong early on (Vanilla 2005/Classic 2019) and then falling off the longer game goes on. But atleast all I need to do is "point and shoot" and still bring utility with trueshot aura and kings buff to my grp at the same time dish out respectable dps and atleast feel playing dps.

Locking stuff behind fat honor and rep for a seasonal game makes rerolling tedious..My pref class/spec feral druid was unplayable in p2 so I played my alt. Farmed honor and reputation in p3 and now I feel like I wanna go level my druid again, but farming the same rep with incursions, honor, supply boxes and wild offerings.... Wish there were account wide farms for some stuff atleast. Would make it feel way more worth it.

Well, three. You are forgetting Cleave, but that really depends if you want the DPS buff on your pet or if you want a third melee skill. Plus, you may not have a pet because of Lone Wolf's+30 percent. As he mentioned, though, it honestly pays to have two hunters because one can be rocking Heart of Lion and Trueshot and the other running melee. But I would try to build in at least two hunters and two ferals on the 20 man.

Lets be real: pve raid balancing is not important at this point because the raid is already free loot and people are going to invite you most of the times for what you provide and not your damage in particular. Warriors are cheesing their damage yet nobody wants 5 warriors and much rather a special compositiong of all classes. The real balancing should be around pvp where the game truly has its differences and where we spent most of our time since the open world is a pvp space for most players.

they need to make ferals better cause as a 99 parsing warrior it is way too hard to find a feral for raid. Nobody is playing the class for some reason cause they looked at warcraftlogs during first lockout and during progression and saw the extremely long fights that ferals kind of get cucked in and decided to play other classes i guess. Here's my problem with warrior now that recklessness is available. How do you balance them? You actually can't. Reck is the main reason for all those top warrior logs and the reason why warrior is gonna look insanely op. Without reck warrior is a solid A so here's the issue it's a 30 min CD that means realistically you will only have it for half the bosses during the raid. How do you balance this. They are alrdy garbage in pvp and outside of World buffs and reck and Windfury their dmg is pretty mid. So it's gonna be really frustrating if blizz nerfs warriors because of a 30 minute cooldown. I would love to see a rune or something make warriors 30 min cds into 5 min cds and then you can attempt to balance and nerf warrior with the assumption they will have those CDs on every fight and can be realistically used in pvp.

Hello, i play ele shaman and in phase 2 I had ~100-99 parses on all bosses. Now we are just pure crap, we have 0 new runes in phase 3 besides bugged one. Ele now is pure shit and you should put in D not C.

Spriest is not higher than C tier. - I would love if our damage was close to capping at 1.4k, but it is more like 1k. - Currently with Melee meta, putting us in a melee group for VE is prob not going to happen when they need the spot for warriors. -Eye and Homies can be brought by a Disc priest because they are runes. The issues that need to be fixed: - Can't be buffed damage wise because small scale PvP (DoTs can be dispelled so not as much of an issue in large scale) - Vampiric Embrace gets better the more damage we do so the potential is always there to end up with a spriest doing all the damage of a DPS with all the healing of a full healer. Potential Solutions: -Rune that makes VE do something else like increase PvE Damage by x% instead of healing -change VE to be a CD -Adjust our PvP modifers (If this is possible because they haven't done this yet for some reason which is leading me to believe its not) -Give us Priest specific tier sets that buff us only in the raid just like the crafted pieces released this phase -Stop giving us more Debuffs through runes that Disc priests just run instead of taking a spriest. When the content is as easy as it is (which I know is intentional), Disc doesn't NEED to run their healing runes and can easy just take spriest debuff runes. -Buff Priest SP scaling. #BuffSpriests

None of these solutions is required. I got a very simple and very good one. Twisted Fate rune. Just add mind spike's name on it. problem solved. And if u want to make Spriest TRULY S Tr, just make VE raid wide. And u got a F- dps , climbing all the way to B tr dps, and into S tr in general cus of the raid wide VE. So easy really.

The sheer amount of damage we are missing is not enough to be compensated by just adding Mind Spike to Twisted Faith. Making VE Raid wide would be broken beyond belief unless it got nerfed in how much it healed. It also wouldn't fix the issue of them not being able to buff our damage because we do too much healing from VE.

@@Momosu Twisted fate basically just buffs a poor ranked Mind blast right now. And that's it. Adding mind spike on it makes it really good pve Rune AND you are not effecting the pvp. I don't see the issue here, you already spam mind spike anyway... And what's the issue with spamming only 3-5 spells anyway? that's literally every class. Sarthe said that there is no way to buff Spriest dmg without breaking him in pvp. And that is INCORRECT, there is a way and it is called twisted fate. Your dmg in pve goes up, your rotation stays the same , you just dont use void plague now, and in pvp NOTHING changes cus there is no way u take twisted fate in pvp instead of void plague. LIterally best solution ever.

I hear you man. Fully agree. Now you might not agree with what I am about to say and that's 100% fine, we all have our opinions. I've been maining SP since p2. Got her almost full Bis from gnomer/crafted/rep and sure it's fun spreading dots and use Mind Seer for crazy aoe (plus engineer aoe grenades). What kills SP for me outside of the know poor scaling SP had since Vanilla are: 1) Debuff bot mostly insted let us be a *proper* dps spec. We were strong for 1.5 weeks into p2 be4 getting the hard nerf hammer. Insted giving us dps rune, we get more pets (Eye). Yes yes sure in p3 we got "Despair" making our dots crit and that is for sure nice but it's not gonna like double or dps or anything and it's rng based (if crits or not). regardless of gear. 2) Endlessly need to change runes between trash packs and bosses. You use your aoe runes for trash, single target runes for bosses. Yes there are addons you could get to solve some of that pain but it's still a factor. And if someone ninja pulls a boss or trashpack be4 you manage to swap out like 4-5 runes...gl dps. 3) Especially on bosses: We need like 5-6 globals be4 we even start do dps. Meaning VE, Mind Spike x3, Mind Blast...so that's 4 GCDs right there. 6 if you count in both dots. 4) SPs are fun in PvP but in BGs, after you died, rezz up and rebuff youself (+ others) you start with 70% hp and 50% ish mana and your Fiend pet and Dispersion is on CD...yay. Plus you do also want to save, to have Dispersion up not just for the mana return but if you get jumped by 2 ppl. 5) Think I will likely go back and play my Ranged Hunter. Even knowing they always started strong early on (Vanilla 2005/Classic 2019) and then falling off the longer game goes on. But atleast all I need to do is "point and shoot" and still bring utility with trueshot aura and kings buff to my grp at the same time dish out respectable dps and atleast feel playing dps.

And yes I know some use Mind Blast first for initial dmg spike or w/e but to me, use MB be4 3x MS is just silly. Also forgot to mention on Horde side: Shaman disease remove.

The dps is fckin insane. This is TBC numbers or fresh 80 and even more. Even a 4k gs 80 player doesnt do 3.5k single target

with all the buffs you need from other classes ontop on worldbuffs and super expensive consumes just makes me wanna quit. cuz u need good parses to get into a guild but goodluck getting good parses unless you can get in a group with a feral and an mm hunter and no normal guild will allow that. warlocks dont curse fast enough, rogues dont expose armor, somke prests dont even run hommunculi, just starting to become unfun

do Sarthe read these io wonder? if so i am curious about this. i tested the new bow + the old bow from STV event, and they both can be procced and swapped around mid combat and they do indeed stack. with Aspect of the Lion i get 150 str proc, but the real question is, is it worth the GCD to swap bows to have a chance for extra str proc?
