Hello sir i am also using itext.jar file jo generate pdf in java but i am unable to write code like you. for example you first created pdfWriter object then pdfDocument object and then document but in my case while i am trying to do same as you in netbeans 8.2 , an error occurs while creating pdfWriter object in sugessions this message is showing " incompatible constructor type pdfWriter accepts two argument a document object and FileOutputStream object " and also , PdfDocument is not recognized by compiler error occurs " no class found PdfDocument in package" please help me
