In civil defamation cases, if a person seeks damages for 100 crores or whatever the amount of money, the same amount needs to be deposited with the registrar of the court by the petitioner. It's ridiculous but that is the law.

For those who had figured the law out delaing with these cases, and how legal system works, it was written on stone from the beginning, that in gendered cases, men cannot get justice. Trick is to calculate the cost well, which men can do generally do better & use the money & time wisely to fight cases (if one must fight cases to win) under different law categories, where accused women cannot find the smoothening oinment of gender bias in her favour. Else, one of the best tool to fight against women is the tool of "indifference". That needs some solid mental aptitude.

Please note that 340 Crpc is "perjury" which is a GENDER NUETRAL LAW. I am quite amazed who is the celebrity lawyer who gave such a remarkable advise to file 340 crpc when the court didnt gave any relief to the girl. the boy is have a conspicuous option of criminal defamation or civil defamation. u should learn law and fight your case well my dear friend instead of just cribbing about judiciary. There are gender bias laws Like DOMESTIC Violence law, 498A, Section 377 and so on...if u are such a poster boy , then please come forward and fight against real gender biased laws.
