I appreciate that you point out how the signs/placement of signs/packaging differences can be confusing to customers. I feel like they do that on purpose because a lot of people will be misled, get to the register & find out they aren't on sale, but still buy them anyway because they've already decided that they want the item(s).

Maybe that’s what the company wants but I’ve had a lot of customers leaving items at the registers and choosing others that are on sale to buy.

I feel like half of it is that the company wants to make the signs/placement of signs and different packaging being different prices to be misleading and then the other half is when you have people who put things down where it doesn't belong and then it's an even bigger mess.

I find it crazy how much product your store has. I was lucky to pick up 2 Gingham Fresh and 1 Love Always Wins in the mini perfumes here in Canada for $4.95 Most of the price points for most of the products is at $4.95 The price points are different for SAS in Canada. I'm hoping to find some Groovy Watermelon at some point. I will be going into my local store later next week and plan on picking up back ups to Dream Bright in the mist if still available. SAS is usually the time when they will pull out older overstock to sell. This past summer SAS, I accidentally bought a You’re The One body cream from 2020. It was my first SAS and I didn’t know how to read the label that’s stamped on the tube. I quickly used it to get it out of my collection, but now I am turned off of You’re The One.

Since you work at Bath and Body Works, can you speak to why the Sweater Weather body care is a COMPLETELY different scent than the candle? NO ONE talks about it and I don't understand why. People will say they love the scent and then say they love the body care, but it's not even the same scent!😠

I have mention in a previous video a while ago that the scent notes for the body care are not the same as the candle. Why the company decided to do that is something I don’t know. People could love both even if it’s not the same.
