today in my flexibility stretching training class, teachers are helping my classmates and me to do the passive stretching training to improve our flexibility, this is important if you want to dance more elegantly. teachers asked me to lay down on the floor, inhale and exhale, then she gently stretch my legs to 180 degrees. this is ordinary flexibility stretching training for the professional dancer despite it is a little painful. so we have been told to shout it out when we feel the pain. because shouting can help we inhale and exhale, which can relax our tighten muscle, can reduce the pain, can let us stick to the end, and gain flexibility.

This is so strict ballet is suppose to be calm and relaxing yea sometimes u need to memorise but ballet is suppose to be elegant and peaceful and not making the students cry and feel in pain and let them feel like quitting yea in the end they get to do the splits etc but this is not a good way to make your students become flexible I'm a ballerina I get distinction in everything but yet I still can't do handstand, splits none I just take it easy and go with the flow

please check your brain, there's something seriously wrong with it to have the nerve to put a kid through this. They are not pretending to cry, they are in pain because you are hurting them. This can cause serious harm, both physical and psychological, to these children.
