One thing I grew to appreciate about SAS is her ability not to get sauce all over her mouth when eating seafood. Like she’s perfected the way she takes bites and if sauce drips it almost always goes on to the table instead of her chin.

Sas it's - pickled - garlic, pickled jalapeno, pickled anything, not just 'pickle garlic' 😘 to pickle is the present tense. Pickle juice is ok because that's the vinegar + salt mix. The things are then pickled! Just cucumbers pickled are pickles. 😉
