For the past 5 to 10 years...if there has been a women's wrestling match that has been called "match of the night" (or possible match of the night) in all of north american wrestling, odds are 9 times out of 10 it involved sasha banks. I like Sasha Banks as well as Naomi. Yes both have been involved in some interesting situations storyline wise, and a professional wrestling athlete can only be as good as a promotion will let them. Athletically speaking they’ve got it, some of the promos and storylines they’ve been forced to work with in WWE were horrid but athletically speaking they both are very top tier athletes. If I were Tony Khan I’d try to reel both in as soon as possible.

It's 90 days and they get paid their downside by the WWE. only exception is if their contract expired or they negotiate waiving their 90 day clause so they can quickly debut with another company.

The 90 days they are still paid by the WWE and have to ask the company to do any appearances during those 90 days. Some wrestlers have negotiated having their 90 days waived so they can start immediately with a new company, others sit out the 90 days and build up hype for when it's over. If they have years left, WWE can make them sit out and not be able to wrestle for any company (see Brock in 2004) until their original contract is finished (they also don't get paid during that period according to Brock)

IDK, but what it looks like from the outside looking in it appears to me at least that Sasha is just learning that she just loves wrestling, not WWE. She's said countless times before that she never sees herself not being a wrestler. Would I love to see her have more appearances outside of the wrestling business? OF COURSE! Hell, she's young enough to leave wrestling and go to Hollywood for a few years and come back to wrestling like she hasn't missed a step. But as for her time in WWE it just FEELS done at this point cuz tbh WWE doesn't really know what they have in her otherwise she would be dominating the women's division and in that protected top tier of the company like Reigns, Rollins, Charlotte, Becky, Ronda, etc. They would've been more invested but instead just kinda used her star power to feed too said protected talent. Sorry, but she isn't as good as the hype no matter who's bestowing it upon her. How many times did she get injured/take time off/etc in such a short span? The machine made her what she was perceived to be. Without it, she's nothing special.

Maybe if WWE improved their storylines and the truly GARBAGE GIMMICKS they have are a MAJOR reason I won't watch anymore. Changing people's names by what they're known by instead of a variation is also SUPER DUMB. they haven't tried to change anything since 2015 PUSHING Reigns who can't wrestle is also the main reason I gave up on the 💩💩💩💩💩💩 Always way too PREDICTABLE. Before Naomi it was Bayley with the tag championships again. Both time she literally acts like a kid. By leaving a show where she was supposed to work, I think she'll scare potential future employers she can have tbh.

People actually think she is released?? 🤣🤣 WWE has never said that they are releasing her or Naomi if you look them up it still says they are signed to WWE and my guess is they had them do that as a publicity stunt for more viewers and I’m willing to bet both of them get major title runs within a year.. i believed it at first but neither Sasha nor WWE or Vince have said anything about the “release” its the same a few other superstars did back in the 80’s-90’s really all they did was relinquish their championship and demand opportunities at the Womens championships
