@avataz..Michael understands what she is saying and thankfully he does. Yes he does want to be part of their baby's life but he is not dismissing what she told him and truly putting an effort to be supportive. Michael agreed to her terms and he told her that he will agree if she doesn't leave Port Charles and she said okay that she will stay. At least they are actually talking about their baby. And he knows what to expect from her. Which the conversation continues to the next episode which I have finished seen.

Sasha and Willow are two very different people. Sasha as every right to think of herself and baby safety and upbringing. Willow is her own person and she makes her own choices but as the audience can see Willow is not making the right choices.

Sasha gave everything to Michael and his two children and gave everything to willow but willow doesn't care how much Sasha gave to her. She as always been supportive to Michael as well. And helped him with the whole Nelle situation . Sasha have kept her distance from Holly for a long time so what makes anyone think Sasha will want Holly to be involved in her baby's life. Sasha as always been honest of want she wants for herself and baby's life . When Brando was with Sasha she was honest with him that she doesn't want any part of that lifestyle and doesn't want to raised her child in it. That is why Brando left Sonny business and Sonny had no problem with it at all because he understood.
