@@Obri55 The comments are made because it remains true, and one of the reasons why the quality of the show decreased (and Boruto has been received a lot less positively than Naruto/Shippuden). At the start of the show, we were taught and shown the extent of Ninja training; stealth, technique, skill, intelligence, creativity... everything played a factor into how fights were won. Even the battle between the 3rd Hokage & Orochimaru now looks pretty much like idk, any average fight from mid-Shippuden onwards. Kishimoto did not handle 'power scaling' well. The Naruto world and everyone in it grew exponentially more powerful as the series went on, to the point where it doesn't actually make any sense within the timespan of the series. And Boruto is more like DBZ than the original Naruto. That's why people are making 'the same comment' in every thread. The quality went downhill, and they have every reason to regret it.

Bruh after Chiyo died and her last words, everything had come full circle. The strings were no longer attached, Sakura had no one to help her through the hard parts, she was a "full fledged Kuinoichi" now and able to fight on her own accord with her renewed strength and confidence. The first to take down an Akatsuki member, and she was just a chunin, a medic nin at that. I deadass thought she was on a generational run for female shonen women, but I guess I had my hopes too high :(

But in war, she destroyed fake Neji in less than seconds who just like Sasuke attacked from behind. She was definitely nerfed against Sasuke. And also., she was fighting sasori with less power. she was constantly saving her chakra for Byakugou seal which she awakened in war. From the moment she started training under Tsunade, she began to store chakra for forehead mark. Until she gained forehead mark in war. During this whole time, she never fought at full power even against sasori. And if U remember Sakura was shown as genjutsu type in og. Kakashi even complimented her for her genjutsu type abilities and even Sasuke complimented her in og. But Kishimoto didn't pay any attention to her in their regard. And kakashi never taught her anything regarding genjutsu even though she was a genjutsu type

Sasori was such an insane opponent during this time of the series. The moment he began using 3rd Kazekage's jutsu, you immediately felt how dire Granny Chiyo and Sakura's situation was. The mtfk instantly took care of 2 puppets plus an arm of the opponent in the span of 2-3 attacks, that early into the fight and it was already feeling hopeless really built up the tension. Made their victory all the more satisfying to watch.

There’s something I haven’t seen people mention when it comes to this fight: Sakura’s WAY more competent and a better fighter when Sasuke isn’t in the picture.
