______________________
Richard writes “When I was about 12 years old my Father had enough confidence in me to allow me to wander the forest near our home hunting for squirrels. Behind our home was undeveloped mountain property of several thousand acres.
There were old homes and farms on the mountain, long years ago abandoned when the families died and dependents moved away. Most of this land was purchased by timber companies and hunting and walks in the woods were O K. I had been taught at an early age in hunting methods and gun safety by my Dad. He took me on exploratory trips into the woods to show me good places to hunt and blaze trails so I could find my way home. Dad was a very smart man and a wise father. He didn’t want to find it necessary to search for me and lead me back home at night.
One of these locations became my favorite. Very large beech trees filled a little valley and my access was one of the ridges that formed this place. There was a nice creek at the bottom of this ridge and the babbling of water helped cover the noise I made walking in. The trees were very tall and the canopy was very full, making entry feel like walking into a large covered room. In the fall of the year little red berries in the beeches made this place a favorite with gray squirrels. I adopted this place as my personal hot spot and mental relaxing den. Squirrels or not I enjoyed spending time here sitting on a log and admiring nature around me.
Squirrel season opened around September 15 and I could hardly wait each year for the season to open. A few classmates bragged of sneaking out before opening day and harvesting a few early. Not under Dads watchful eye, I would follow the game laws or not be allowed to go all season. When opening day arrived during the 1957 or 1958 season I would rush home after school, grab my shotgun, and off I raced. After a few successful trips I went to my personal spot one evening to find nothing at all. No squirrels, no birds, no anything was moving. After waiting an appropriate time in my 12 year old brain, I decided to expand my territory...""

I speak to a lot of people off the air regarding different experiences. The show is 99% Sasquatch related. I spoke to this witness yesterday and heard about 20% of his encounter and I’m fascinated and want to hear the rest. Indulge me as we go off trail...
A listener writes “I was abducted at age 5, have awaken on an exam table, paralyzed, Have been through time warps in the desert and seen flying saucers go in and out of the ocean, land in formation, hang in the sky at close range. I’ve had a lifetime of encounters with disembodied entities and have battled ghosts for my very body. If you are interested, I have a 54 page book I’m working on. I’m a 70 year old disability rights advocate and musician, author and public speaker. I’ve been an NPR commentator, been published in chicken Soup, been on the CBS News with Walter Kronkite and been in a BBC documentary on the US Disability Rights Movement. I’m a serious guy.”

Sasquatch Chronicles acts as a safe-haven for witnesses to share their encounters. The show debuted in 2013 on the premise that the existing Bigfoot community was primarily focused on the research and opinion of “experts” while overlooking the value of giving witnesses a voice in the discussion. Bigfoot, also commonly referred to as Sasquatch.

Hello Richard. My Dad was in WWII also, and stationed different places. He too was in the South Pacific. in Iwo Jima, New Ginney, etc. I wonder if he ever met Your Dad. He was also on a Tugboat and was lost at sea for 5 days, during a Typhoon. He was in the Army, and went through a lot of Bad stuff. He too, was my Hero, and a Very Good man. Very Smart also. Thank you for sharing your encounter. I, My Mother, and my Cousin saw a little one cross our driveway. It use to throw rocks at our house, especially at night, when Daddy was gone to the river, to run his Trotlines, or nets. I also heard a Big one Howl, several years ago. Take Care and Stay Safe out there. 🙏🙏🙏

Reminds so much of going hunting with my Dad; for the very first time. It was squirrel hunting season; fun day none the less. As he let me go my own way; into a area that was also very quiet. Didn’t see or hear nothing odd. Yet many decades later one roared out from behind the house. It could of been out there then; and went without notice. Truth is whatever it was that roaring noise it made; scare the hairs upon my neck. Didn’t stay there that night. Same house; same woods; thank GOD; I made it through all those days of being out there. Bless the People; and long live the Parents that brought us here.❤🙏🏼

If I can pipe in,, I was born in 1960, Byfield Massachusetts USA. My sister and I would play in the Cemeteries that were on 3 sides of our house. I specifically remember LEVITATING, over my bed, also watching my sister do same. One event I remember Levitating through the ceiling, roof, and up into sky, all the while being able to look down and see myself in my Bed, see my whole family in their beds at night as I was led to same type deal as he mentioned. A type of craft, don't remember being on it or entering it. Then my sister and I had experience Both of us together Levitating into sky, still being able to look down and see our home and parents in it... We had sooo many encounters with different cryptid type beings in the cemetery. Still to this day I've recently had encounter, etc. Some so frightening, I get nervous thinking about it... Not sure whats up, but its all true.

I see in the comments some people are critical of him but I encourage an open mind, life itself is such a mystery. Skepticism is good and normal and I was skeptic of some subjects until a friend and I witnessed a massive triangle UFO fly straight towards us until it was directly over our heads at tree-top level, where we could see details of the 'ship', it was so unbelievable yet there it was! To this day I have no idea what it was or what the purpose was, so strange

Thats some scary stuff Jeff is talking about! Many years ago, i had a friend who was much older than me, this man even sounds like him. He had similar experiences. Reading through the comments, i see many people are dismissing his accounts as a bad trip or coo coo. Imagine being someone who has had these experiences and people respond as if its nonsense. Intention and words have real power! This lady, Audrey, clearly was irresponsible and evil. My friend was quite private about his experiences, i felt privileged that he trusted me. I also felt sorry that anyone could experience such things! The fear and vulnerability, besides the lasting anxiety/effects it has on a person is truly heartbreaking. It also shows how sheltered we are that such things sound so outlandish. I've heard this episode before, maybe some listeners are new? Im surprised that in 2023 people are still that naive. Or maybe they dont listen to The Confessionals 😂! God help us all, for protection from such evil and for the sake of human compassion! As Jeff said, he counts his blindness for a blessing and warns us to not be so dependent on technology. I take that for wisdom harshly attained. Thank you Jeff.

I live in Oregon I heard a big foot at 5.30 am while putting my poodles out, his scream was unbelievably loud and was coming from a small Forest behind the house. I would have loved to see him, but being by myself, i didn't dare walking to the wood. I will never forget. Following this, I got a baby monitor but never heard him after this one time. But i know they are there because there's a nature réserve about a mile away, a power line, and a reservoir near by. Its the perfect habitat for them even with the houses around.

@@evergreen3623 I live in Northern Washington and am an Overlander who camps in most places don’t even go. I have had many cases where my family and I have been terrified by the amount of Bigfoot activity near the border. My Jeep has a 5 inch lift with 38” mud tires. On top of my Jeep we have a Full size tent and I sleep with my Family, 2 XXL Bully’s and we are armed to the teeth. We hear calls an whoops constantly along with Tree slaps as my 13 yr ol daughter likes to call it. Well I went into the Cascades very near the border (for the beautiful views) an we set up the kitchen, ate, an prepared for bed. The tent on top of the Jeep is approximately 7-1/2-- 8ft tall. Around 230-3 in the night we all, Dogs, wife, daughter woke to heavy Footsteps an heavy breathing. I clutched my shotgun and wife grabs the .45. My 120lb bully’s shook like leaves but no one made a sound. This (Bigfoot) walked by an ran his hand on the side of the tent 3 ft up on the tent which is almost 10-11 ft up!!! I’m a Veteran and was so terrified that my Jaw was locking up on me. As it ran its hand on the tent, I racked a round a muttered jaw clinched don’t make me kill u, plz. It never sped up, it didn’t slow down. Afterwards I turned on the lights of the Jeep and had to come down off of my adrenaline rush from Hell!!! We didn’t go back to sleep we waited for light an I packed everything up (Kitchen & Tent) in 4 min Flat!!! I drove down the mountain doing breakneck speeds that would scare anyone! That area is crawling with Bigfoot because it’s some of the most remote areas in the country. To this day, we refuse to go back there a the view is something u see on a post card. Experienced outdoorsman who was so scared that I still to this day refuse to go back

Heard one from behind the house I grew up in too. Deep South; near Louisiana, Truth is the way it roared scared me away from the house that night. It roared twice after I fired off a few rounds from the high point. No human could move that fast; as the second roar was much further down the path of the tree line. This time the roar was even longer; no human could duplicate that on no device; period. Didn’t stay there that night for sure. Stay safe out there❤🙏🏼

The Gentleman was very articulate, added a lot of details, vivid memories of an elven year old. For him to remember that there were no fence post he had to climb over, (which I was thinking when I thought it was someone else's animal). Which lends credit it the fact he was a kid, and not an adult, with a very good memory. Makes me believe he is telling that absolutely truth. More details are always a good thing, for criminal profiling. It either convinces you that they are speaking the truth, or making it up. You can tell by the pitch of their voice.

I had an insane experience with Australia’s version of Bigfoot known here as the Yowie. I was terrified. Had my phone with camera and everything. I legit froze just trying to comprehend what I was looking at. It was human but it wasn’t at the same time. I was afraid I was going to be torn apart and never found again. I froze in total fear. Until I worked up enough courage to run for my life. The scream guttural sound this thing made I’ve never heard anything like it before. It was so intense and loud it’s like it went through me. It had a look of surprise at first and then it turned evil looking. This face. I’ll never forget it and it’s changed how I see the world forever. I didn’t believe in it before and I wish it stayed that way. I wish it never happened to me as it’s plagued me ever since. Ignorance is bliss. Never felt fear like that before.

I'm bummed that I missed this episode. I had company over for dinner last night. I'm glad that you did this recap of the episode. Thanks. The hat, never seems to fail to have someone tell me that they like it and ask about where I got it. I tell them about you and what you be do and how to check out your page. I hope that at least a few people have done so. Everyone have a wonderful weekend. Hopefully the weather is good for most folks so they can get out and enjoy the spring time.

And the second the second gentleman mentioned drugs, I automatically called BS. This guy never left the '60s. The only thing missing is him constantly saying, duuuude. He sounds like he is on something while talking. Which leads me to wonder what was in that tea?🙄

Jeff sounds exactly like the guy who called Art Bell (Coast to Coast radio) and was frantically talking & crying on air about aliens and inter-dimensional beings. The call was cutoff that seemed to be a deliberate interruption to interfere with the caller giving out more information. When the stations engineer checked to see what happened, it turned out that their transmitter blew up in which Art Bell described it as it suffered a massive heart attack! Please ask Jeff if that was him that called in to Art Bells show…👽👾💀

It’s not. The guy who called in art bells show called back again and spoke with art clarifying the situation admitting it was faked yet all that weird stuff still happened making it seem whoever caused all that to happen wasn’t sure if they were telling the truth or not as in the call scared the govt so they shut off the transformer etc. but it is not that guy doesn’t sound like him at all either. Both episodes are on KZbin look em up!

15 years ago we bought a golf cart and we had dropped a pop up blind over it with little windows ( using it to hunt but we were out at night 2 am and I left the tent on it ) and we drove down this dirt path road and I just stopped for no reason and I said quiet listen And we were hearing this loud snoring and then some voice that sounded like a samurai talking You couldn’t understand a word it was saying, but it was trying to wake up whatever was snoring obviously This story brings that memory back I for got about I can’t think of anything it could’ve been except for a Bigfoot couple that was sleeping right near the side of this dirt road but since we had little tiny potholes, I couldn’t turn the large light on and eventually they had walked off .

Where I don't see the logic is in the idea that if e.t.' s don't have developed feelings...well, why then would they live on anyone's emotional suffering?...I guess I'm reading as if if one doesn't have a sense of smell, why would you want aroma aroma of a particular kind and why would it be so important? I'm not sure the motivation feeling, I'd think more likely the end result, as in what is it humans do under negative emotional impacts that they would benefit from, if that scenario was true at all.
