Patrick from Ohio writes ""I’ve debated sending this email. I honestly wrote off this particular experience as an over active imagination as a youngster but after listening to your podcast for about a month now I am wondering.
When I was about 10 I saw a ""predator""-esque large human shape in a tree in my backyard. I had not seen the predator movie until 2 years later or so but when I did I immediately went back to what I witnessed.
I have also experienced ghosts, angels and demons. And when I saw some glowing red eyes out of a back window at a small church I was a pastor at I initially thought it (again) my imagination. However, I gotta say I think it may have been something different.
Not sure if this is any interest to you but having heard several other folks offer similar stories has suggested a different potential answer to these experiences.

Bigfoot has always been very interesting to me. For a long time, I thought it was just an ape or something. That's how the media has always made it seem. The "spooky" factor has me more interested than ever before. I hope with shows like this, we will continue to get a better understanding on the subject. I feel like we have barely scratched the surface. Great show!!!

I saw one in 2016. I was deer/bear hunting in Northern California. I was tracking a bear down into a gully when I got a weird feeling. So I turned around and walked back. As I was walking I got the feeling of being watched. Looked up and there it was probably 50 ft infront of me. You could see right through it, but still make out the outline. Just like the preditor. It was walking between a bush and a tree with its shoulders and head pointing my direction. It almost glided as it walked. Did not bounce up and down with its steps. Then it went behind a tree and disappeared. I probably watched it for 10 seconds or more. Walked so I could see around the tree and could not see anything it was gone. Never took my eyes off the tree. So I booked it out as fast as possible. Few minutes into my escape. I was confronted by two men who claimed to be deer hunting. I saw no weapons on them. They kept trying to get me to leave the area. Offering me a ride or some help. I declined and did not tell them what I has saw. These two men keept an eye on me and followed me at a distance until I left the woods. They gave me the feeling like they knew something or was protecting something. They didn't give me the pot grower vibe. I feel that they were pushing me away from danger. I have never been back to that spot since.

Okay so far any who want to watch the video they're referring to, it's entitled: "Caught on Camera... Cloaked Bigfoot? with Barb & Gabby". The comment that sticks out the most to me is this: ""Barb, I have always been on the fence about the entire Bigfoot cloaking subject. However this video is very very intriguing. If I can share my observation with you. The object is already standing in view at 1:19. There is a very small round , almost perfect circle, of blackness where this objects head would be if it were a Biogfoot standing there. This small round black area, fluxuates in size when the camera moves slightly to one side or the other.What would cause it to appear larger and smaller like that? The black circle looks like where its eyes may be? "". I don't know about anyone else, but what I see is a small ape watching, turning around (black dots disappear, probably eyes because all footage ever captured shows black eyes) and then running away like a small ape. I am a mathematical physicist, I know bullshit when I see it for the most part, and this is just another level of anomaly that I can't imagine being faked so well. It's absolutely uncanny. I think I'll say a bit more about this. If bigfoot cloaks, it's not perfect. The fact that we see what resembles Predator indicates something like light diffraction or curving (they're different) on the surface of their bodies. Seeing as the eyes seem to disappear with a 180 degree turn, you know that what you're seeing is emphatically NOT what is BEHIND the cloak, because the eyes would return to the same position with a 180 degree turn but moving further away (Try it with a dry erase marker on a clear glass for yourself). This tells me that the cloaking is something like an assembly of the surrounding environment with enough resolution to deceive. Think like a green jacket being low resolution camouflaged, and a really tricked out hi-def camo-jacket with leaves and sticks and crap on it being high resolution camouflage. I am trying to imagine a way to do this biologically but I just can't. Octopus camouflage comes to mind but I have never seen this translucent motion effect on them, only the type of movement you would find similarly with a stickbug, moths, things that could not safely maintain their cover if they moved. Best bet to beat the cloak is thermal vision, it might not be high resolution but you'll see where they are unless that cloak is a wildly insulating device as well so none of the heat is escaping their bodies. If it's both? I don't see a way of reliably both detecting them and disambiguating them from something else solid, living, moving, etc.

Patrick's descriptions are amazing, I can feel myself there experiencing every encounter he talks about. I have had a few childhood 'physical' creepy ghost encounters, from rooms shaking, thunderous footsteps, smashing glass, dogs going crazy with their hair standing on end, so I don't doubt anything he says. My encounters now are only angelic thankfully.. 😊

@@mr.e6033 I've always looked at the Bigfoot as a possibility especially when people have found random tracks in the middle of nowhere which can only be accessed by boat or plane for example. That is very intriguing to me not to mention very credible witness sightings, but when you have the waters being muddied so to speak whether it's the constant blurry images or the hoaxers such as Todd Standing, it makes it harder and harder, but I try and ignore the nonsense.

A few years ago, A lady with her niece ,( her husband was doing some work on their property while the lady and her niece-daughter walked their woods) uploaded to KZbin a good video example of sasquatch shimmer-melting in the forest on their property. I'm from Ashtabula, half hour or so east of Perry. Growing up I had similar experiences in the Ashtabula gulf system. That was 40 years ago. Don't go looking for them, trust me. The gulf has been usurped by homeless addicts who WILL 100% hurt you. Can't believe a historical Native American trail system has been allowed to be desicrated in that way. It's criminal.

I have seen one of these...i was on the edge of a dry gully and there were giant rocks everywhere. This was a regular spot for me to sit and one day I heard rocks smashing on other rocks, like someone throwing those giant rocks down the gully. I walked up and down the gully a couple times looking for someone throwing rocks. After about 20 minutes trying to find the source I decided to sit back down. Not 3 minutes after I sat down I saw a giant, 20 foot shimmer with a thick and muscular body, big neck and short sloped head stroll by in the gully. It was utterly mind blowing!

The first guy you spoke with his childhood experience with whatever he saw in the woods, it sure must've made an indelible impression in his memory. The details are so fresh,. What spooked me while listening, was while he was describing how back then, he liked to go barefoot, and feel the leaves beneath his feet, tried to keep very very quiet, not to break sticks etc, well, suddenly while listening, I caught a glimpse in my mind of this then child having actually met with whatever that creature predator is, and that that first contact was erased from his mind, and that the real subconscious reason for his very very quiet approach / barefoot, into that tunnelled wood area was to make contact with it or them again. I felt that so strong. Yeh, strange encounter 🤔 Also while watching a couple of sasquatch videos, even though I'm watching on my phone, and the i sasquatch mages aren't very clear or close, when looking at the ones that turn to stare back at the camera person, it's like these creatures can actually see right through the lens, and into the world watching screens and if they wanted, could easily just step out of the picture and out of their environment to ours. Sounds a lot crazy I know but just another elusive. strange encounter. 🙄 Thisx is a great channel. Stay safe. (Scotland) ., 💜🙏🥀

I don't know why 'dimensional being' isn't used as much as other descriptions. Both Yowies and the aboriginal Redeye hairyman are said to be dimensional. I like this concept and heard several stories that leave no other explanation. Love these episodes btw, thank you
