For me, being the doctor is the best way to make money and have fun doing it. If you are lucky you can get 450 in less than a minute. Best update so far and they were quick to release a bug update too.

You do not need a speed boat. Just use the raft. Easier is to drive to the Fisherman and jump on a canoe there.

Thanks I’ll keep trying, but I also got an emergency to the port. When I got in I was kicked out and the call was abandoned because the shift was over! Isn’t there an override for emergency calls, so the emergency can be completed. I noticed that if you get the gurney out of the ambulance from the side, with the patient, you get injured! So you must go to the back. I’d love to hear more glitches and funny stuff on this hospital saga! Thanks Stantin! Love your videos! 😁

@@Autism_Artistry Spoilers, obviously. 1 - Hang out with Janitor, he likes the gurney, so put him on one. 2 - Bring him to X-ray room and transfer him to table. 3 - Take X-ray of his chest, there’s a key in there. Give him the X-ray the same way you’d hand him food. 4 - Bring him to surgery room, he’ll agree to surgery after x-ray. 5 - Speak with surgeon, he’ll give you the key. Make sure you speak with Janitor after also, he’ll give you money as well.

I had the same glitch... no matter what we do it keeps turning on. To turn it off go in the tape, uncheck all tapes, turn off the shuffle and the tapes will no longer play.

Unable to try it out as my saves are already full. Will have to replay the game from the start to test out all the mechanics. You should be able to still do it without having cars push you
