There are a few options some who have received have suggested : 1. Contact SASSA hotline 0800601011(Toll-free) and choose option 3 2. IF the above fails, contact your Provincial SASSA Number (Not Toll-free) for assistance. 3. Get the new Smart ID from the Home Affairs Office if you don't have it yet. Try the above suggestions and bring the feedback

@@thislifenobalance101 the first option I contacted them and they said the system is offline...the third option I already have the new smart ID card and as for the second option I haven't tried it but I will..thank you🙏🏻 and I'll tell you how I went😁

Depending on where you are, you can visit your nearest SASSA office. Contact the Provincial SASSA Number in the province that you stay. Moreover, if you call the general customer care number 0800601011, select option 3

The best approach is to contact SASSA on the hotline 0800601011 immediately. If that does not work, contact your Provincial SASSA Number...... This is a serious fraud issue of impersonation.... (Identity theft)

Sorry to hear, it is more likely that your bank account details not verified.... Or is your bank account details verified? If not please submit your banking details and get verified
