Great haul Natalie! My favorite scent I’ve tried from her so far is Illusionist, which is a sweet coffee blend. She hasn’t poured it in over a year though that I know of, but if she ever poured it again, I would stock up for sure! Happy melting friend 🤗💚

I also have watched a lot of law too with the trial and I watched almost the entire trial. I believe There is some parts that I missed and some parts that I just fell asleep to. Particularly when certain people were on the stand. I just was so uninterested I fell asleep. Lol

Hi Kasey, to date I have a lot I have not tried yet but what I have tried and would re-order is Sawdust Days, Bake Off, Pretzel Bakery - She has Mint Scents mixed with bakery and the popular one that I love and am on my 2nd loaf is "at the north pole" but you must like mint - another popular one is I-Hopp but it is bakery & coffee- another popular one I have but did not try yet is "strawberry filled Twinkies" on cold it smells awesome but I have not warmed it yet. let me know if you get anything and what you think... I will have to look into Jersey Girl and Steamy and dreamy. An RTS is tomorrow? Have you worked any Loan Officiers from Guaranteed Rate for any of your buyers? I am a Regional Closing Manager for GR. One of the states in my territory is NJ I am STILL tired from the last crazy years of rates being slow low. Now still working crazy but not as bad- there was a lot of downsizing since Jan of this year. prior to the mortgage biz (Wells Fargo prior to GR) I worked in title insurance for over 8 years. Kinda over this industry, one day hopefully will leave it. 😅

Hi Tina, SGA only does Pre-Orders as far as I know. She has one open now from 6/3 to 6/12 I do know from FB she sold out of some but still open. Then she will have another one she has 2 a month and opens each one for a 10 day period. Yes we do a ton of work with Guaranteed Rate . The last 10 years were so crazy for us we are licensed in NJ, NY, PA, Fla. I do everything from contract to exam to clearing and settlement . For past 10 years I had no life it was 7 days a week working like 20 hour days it’s so hard to find anyone in our industry with experience but I now have an assistant and can breathe a little . We love working with guaranteed rate .

When I was in title insurance (8 years) I worked as a processor for a great small title company in South Jersey. Those hours were great. 830-430 with an hour paid lunch break. I wish I never left. However, the owner retired, times are different now overall with the industry. In sept I will be with GRI for 10 years. Was a closer, than Assistant Regional Manager, and now been a regional Manager for over 3 years. They change our territories from time to time. Right now i have NY, NJ, RI, CT. WV, and small part of PA, Oh and Ky. I am glad you were able to get an assistant! I had one, but during this last layoff they took all assistant regional Managers back to being closers. I am so tired and really burnt out. I am going on my 4th day of my long weekend being off, but even time off I can't seem to unburn-🤬 Oh ok on SGA. I will have to check out the website!

@@tinapetry6542 23 years for me doing this and yes I got so burnt out so with it slowing down I’m able to let my office handle most files as I do the sales end I have many accounts attorneys , realtors , lenders so now I just focus on that and I attend 1/2 my closings and others I send out in house closers… so many ups and downs I’m our industry but it allowed me to keep my house and help my kids . It’s hard work but with it comes many benefits. Yes I say I got PTSD serious from past 10 years it was absolutely crazy I needed this break or I was going to lose my mind.

Hi Jennifer I don’t know steamy and dreamy - if you know scent notes go to Sassy Girl FB Julie is very active and does a lot of BBW dupes when asked or you can go to Kaes wax website and do a custom . You will 1st pick the size you want then you will see 3 tabs to pick 3 oils - go to her scent list first she does customs 24/7 - if you have ?’s email Karla she will help you create if you tell her exactly what you want she will help you …. Also Smell good shop does customs 24/7. Let me know how you make out and if you need further help let me know 😊
