Alright! The official thing is being completed, just like it was for Final Escape! Now for NayuKhrome no longer being part of making this version of the song and if Soulless DX is still around for this song to be used in it remain a mystery. See ya'll tomorrow for the epic insanity of gamebreaking proportions by Saster and Aybeff/River! Edit: HOLY CRAP THAT WAS INSANE. It was so sharp and snappy and literally felt like DX himself was manifested in the game! (Also, can anyone else confirm if this is technically "Gamebreaker V2" despite not being part of Soulless DX anymore?) (I know NayuKhrome helped make V1, AKA the "Scrapped Mix", but I think it was mostly Saster's idea from the start and he and River both built upon those early concepts of Gamebreaker V1/Scrapped Mix into this new "V2" version that's now the "definitive/official" version of Gamebreaker as a whole.)

Finally the Gamebreaker!!!!! More rhythmic and melodic than the previous Saster Mix and the visualizer were wonderful... The way the song ended, it went from being exciting to quiet all at once, and it literally felt like the game was broken. As always Saster did not disappoint, it was truly a great song!!

absolutely incredible. i love the fact you decided to make this the definitive version of the song by both bringing back the much beloved extended segment of the scrapped mix and referencing the extended water section from biddle's remix. actually, while the first half was great and it was awesome to see just how much it grew in terms of instrumentation and composition with time, the second part which admittedly had me slightly worried as it was about to begin, completely blew me out of the water to a level i haven't seen a song do in very long. the gunshots mixing with the drums feeling like Pico is DESPERATELY UNLOADING at DX elevate the atmosphere of the song to exactly what it truly needed at that point. The vocals feel utterly desperate on both sides, and the fight feels like it's reached its peak, only then to the next segment push it even further with... well it's *the* segment! the gunshots on off-beats are another nice touch that also sells just how intense the fight is with his desperation morphing the song itself. the artwork is also incredible. i love how the art once again sells the escalation of the fight with his final form being in an action pose as if it were rushing you down on the moment, mere seconds before you're ripped to shreds, barely able to process the inevitable oblivion you faced at its own hands, and how Pico goes from his usual attitude to panickedly holding his gun with shaking eyes and a ticking eyelid. oh and the hidden art of pico playing the game was also great. overall... yeah. peak. as expected. happy birthday juora

Man, I feel like I've been waiting for this song to come out forever. Every day, I told myself that the wait would be worth it... and goddamn, was it worth it! I absolutely ADORE the new swing tempo bit, and the little instrumental changes in the first part are great too. The disguised DX vocals also sound more natural, but they still have a suspicious (omg sus) undertone to tell the listener that this creature is not the Sonic they know. And the visceral anger in DX's true-form vocals and art really makes it sound like a fight for Pico's life. Speaking of Pico, his Mobian design is awesome! It's just different enough from the original to make it pop, especially with the extra details like the accents on the hair and the sunglasses. And did anyone notice that at the beginning, when the first sound effect plays, the DX life monitor switches to his true form for a split second? GOD, THIS SONG IS AMAZING! Sure wish it was still in Soulles DX, but apparently it'll be in a different mod, so I suppose I can't complain. When we give people like Saster, River, and Checkty four months to cook, you know they'll serve up something good!

Okay, if the original Gamebreaker was a banger, then THIS is a full-ass CANNON. And it has successfully blown my expectations away! First off, the new design for Pico. I honestly enjoy it quite much due to it being something that could actually exist in Sonic's world! Second of all, the artwork. The artist just went absolute balls and hockey sticks on this one I swear to God. Absolutely loved how DX in his final form just stared at YOU with an absolutely deranged, yet cold-blooded eyes. Third, the editing. I'll just say that I hope whoever exactly who was editing the vid's PC is okay, because DAMN, the popping off is unreal. (Also, a detail I noticed is that before Pico the Porcupine slides in, the 1-Up monitor glitches out for just a moment to show DX in there. Neat!) And, finally, the music. Do- do I even have to say anything? IT BREAKS THE GAME. JUST LITERALLY. Although, what I do wanna discuss is some of the interesting changes made: 1. The Nintendo DS start-up sound in the beginning, which is a really cool detail because in the LLLOOORRREE, DX exists inside of a copy of a collection of Sonic 1-3&K for the DS. 2. The new beatboxing chromatic. It just slaps. 3. The underwater section was made longer, and I also love how it sounds. A sort of a break before the insane final stretch. A small calm before the true storm, even. 3. The change of rhythm/tempo in the beginning of the pre-final section. It reminded me of the song Third-Party, where the first part of the final section did the same thing before coming back to the mostly usual tempo of the song for the last 2 turns. Here though, it's different. 4. The ending. As we can see, Pico fled from the monster, which is something any adequate person would do. However, after it a cracking noise can be heard, which sounds like the DS breaking. Either that, or it's just there for a snappy way to introduce the new logo for the song(which, don't get me wrong, is pretty great, but I still prefer the original one because it fits in better than just a different pixel font.), which I'm fine with anyways. Speaking of the ending, what got me interested is the "why": why did Pico go hunting for DX/Sonic? Breaker Bundle explained it as Pico getting an order for Sonic's head, with things going out of hand because Sonic is controlled by DX. So I wonder on why did Pico go hunting for Sonic. Although, with how he looks, he kinda reminds me of Mecha Sonic in the Mechanik Island(that's how it was called?) Arc, mostly due to the cape, which gave me a thought that maybe Pico already encountered DX before and is now out to finally get him? But yeah, either way, would love to learn of Pico's reasoning here! Well, that's alll for me. Good job to everyone who worked on the thing, thank you for your terrific job, and Happy Birthday Juora!
