Susanoo can be any size the user wants it to be. They can make it really big or really small. But there is a limit in the size. It can't be like madara susanoo big unless they unlock the final form or smaller than the user.

Yeah but it goes both ways too, Sasuke got most of his current power from Itachi, sort of a going away present. :P Not to say both of them aren't awesome in their current form, I'm not like the people who call them "weak" because they get their powers from unusual sources, neither of them are in any way weak. kirin isnt a part of chidori, yea ms or ems is with susano, but yea genjutsu and taijutsu was always good for sasuke, theres a reason he was the number 1 student in his class ya know ;)
