Hello! As dumb as it might sound, I am 16 and just finished 10th grade. I live in Europe (in Albania) and I currently learned about the SAT tests. I would like to ask if they are obligatory if you want to apply for a university in Europe (Germany or France for example)? Thanks!

@@reveuse3 SAT is made if you are willing to apply to universities in the USA (some in Canada also), but if you're willing to apply to universities in europe, taking the SAT is not necessary, universities in europe will only see you bachelor's degree. so if you want to study in a university in europe, just work hard enough to score good marks and get accepted, & if you want to study in the US, you need to pass the SAT. @@user-rp7qd4fw4c your english will still be limited in the writing and reading part but the universities will take that into account if you are not a native speaker. As long as you can speak and write at a medium level you should be fine.

No. IQ doesnt increase over time yet when you take an SAT multiple times your score tends to go up.

At 0:27 it was stated that SG required SAT for admissions. That is simply untrue. I am from Singapore and A levels and other forms of assesments are also regonised. We don't take SATs in Singapore but SAT is still regonise by SG universities

A good score is probably 1300, but you have to know what score does your uni want, depending on the uni, see what score you have to get, but if you wanna know what’s a good score? 1300 is pretty decent
