SAT mainly contains Math and English And Few humanities essays Through which you can apply for any universities including ivy league in any course you want You can also apper for ACT Which contain Science. But without IELTS(International English language testing system) or TOEFL(it also test you eng language) score you aren't eligible for any of the universities in US or even in EU. Basically to do med in US you need to undergo a 4 year pre med course then only you will be eligible to do your MBBS only when they clear the MCAT exam. Students from U.S. and Canada must have a UG degree to be eligible for the exam. International candidates must be pursuing or have completed MBBS to sit for MCAT MCAT - medical college admission test Remember you need to Have a score exceeding 170 in your NEET exam. Then only you'll be eligible for all these criteria to study med abroad.

Reading & Writing is further divided into Craft and Structure, Expression of Ideas, Information and Ideas and Standard English Conventions.
