Anthony, for reminding us about this passage and teaching us the importance of this prayer, we should ask from God. We need God to help us understand ourselves, by having a good examination of conscience. We can only love and serve Him, when our hearts are truly pure and clean in a humble and honest way. When we receive Jesus in Holy communion, we are confident that He is happy to give Himself to us because He sees the good preparation of our hearts as His dwelling place. We must always strive to have a childlike attitude whose joyful anticipation of His coming is an everlasting Gift for eternal life.

I thank you, Father Anthony, for your beautiful Homily venerating the Blessed Virgin Mary as the Temple of the Holy Spirit and the Spouse of the Holy Spirit, declared and chosen by God to bear and give birth to her Son, Jesus Christ and still remain a Virgin by the Power and Love of the Holy Spirit of Truth.
