mantra's are fine if they are good, but the most power it was that i accepted Jesus Christ al my Lord and Saviour and i received the Holy Spirit, now i can sing in the tongues of angels, very restfull and powerfull

carlos talks, i don't think that we can find it again! it was my teacher who made it with students! but karta had been thrown out from 3HO because of rapes etc but he is still teaching new age! he is mason and used to manipulate people! but that true SIKH mantra is very nice , specially sung in the morning sadhana , at 4 o'clock, when i was learning to teach with him! still i denounced him as a bad man, as all masons!
