Hi Brooke i have a really quick question. does the major i choose have to be "matching" my wow factor? for example, i am a really good writer and artist and i am passionate about those things and planned on that to be my wow factor, but i dont want to major in art, writing, or anything similar. i want to be a doctor. i really like that and would do anything to suceed at it, but cant really do anything to make that my wow factor because there are no research colleges or anything similar available around here (i dont live in the usa and that is just not the thing people do here). so, do i have a chance at going to a pre-med or a nursing program at a top school if all my activities accomplishments etc revolves around art and writing? if no do you have an idea of what i could do?

Cmon these “sneaky traps” are nothing compared to so many of their other sneaky traps. Graphing scale isn’t 1:1? It’s literally a labeled picture of a line, we can see that it’s not 1:1. And the unknown is such a commonly known topic (ironically) that catches the readers eye. The SAT pulls wayyy nastier garbage than this.
