Great to see the wonderful Grayson Hall here, from the classic gothic horror TV series Dark Shadows..! Just love her! Thanks for sharing this movie! This was very enjoyable and really cool. The music was really good too.

I love Grayson Hall, I think she's wicked sexy, and bad. I would love to get my paws on her.

Even this B picture is better than most of the overproduced big budget garbage coming out of Hollywood today. The actors in this film were all interesting, nuanced duplicitous characters adding to the interest level of the film

They can’t make movies as great as they use to make it’s ridiculous to even watch one today.

Noise and car chases. Not a plot to be found. Pretty faces with no talent. I like films that were made by the true artists of those days. For art's sake, not for the sake of getting butts in theater seats with lurid sensationalism.

Smartly composed black and white cinematography, smartly written script and characters; much to like in this depiction of early 1960s big city ambition.

The cinematography in this movie is outstanding…

I see many comments about Miss Hall but the star of the movie the notorious Meg Myles was also a men's magazine pin up model and a singer who ended her days as a bird lady in her Manhattan apartment . She nursed sick birds to health . I think Johnny Carson wrote liner notes to one of her albums back in the day . Who would have thought ?

Mini spoiler: the ending of this movie I thiiink is trying to make the point that curvaceous and beautiful women who can kinda sing are a dime a dozen, but even still…Meg Ryan had a natural “oomph” that made her character stand out from all the other buxom beauties. I mean charisma just oozed out of her effortlessly. I was enchanted when she was on screen.

The MEG has a nice smoky bar jazz voice.

I don't watch anything 2024 boring 💤 and the music industry sucks big time. Thank God for yesteryear.

I believe that is Grayson Hall from Dark Shadows.

It is! She played dual roles: The doctor, whose name I forget, and Magda, the spooky vampire whisperer.

good movie...Narcissistic women like this are real, they are the ones who stand out, she's the one who needs everyone's attention, in today world she has a Facebook and she will post everything about her life, except the dudes she is dating, when she takes trips with him she will only post herself.....the way you get rid of her is do not pay her attention, your attention is her fuel...nothing good can come out of any relationship with her...she will have affairs, if she's married she doesn't care....when you identify this Narcissistic woman, Run, run, run !!!!!

Nice B movie. Besides Stacey's attempt to have Rudy kill Arnold, she was anything but Satan in high heels.

A hat. It really caught my attention, too. At first I thought she had her hair in rollers under a scarf (a very common sight at the time. Home hair dryers were rare then, errands would be run in curlers). The little streamers coming from it made me think of the photos of early permanent wave contraptions, all wired up. But it's just a really ugly turban-ish hat.
