What helped me was remembering, that in the garden of Gethsemane, Jesus was not suffering with the weight of his sins. He was struggling with the weight of everyone else's. You are struggling with bearing the weight of someone else's sin. You can identify with Jesus's suffering in a way few can. God knows your pain. He's carried this weight already, for you, for love of all of you. Your sister is with him, where she will never suffer again. He didn't make us for this world of suffering, He made us for heaven. The lord took me out of my body in a church service almost 20 years ago or so and showed me my twin daughters who were around 7 or 8 yrs old in heaven. I saw the river of God, the children were full of joy playing in the water and running in a green lush meadow. The lords glory was lighting up the entire place. At a distance I saw the kingdom. This morning I woke up with so much burdens, fears, doubts, anxiety as I lost my business that I built over 20 years just been crushed in months. I believe in GOD and been asking why it happened, I didn't do huge sins even that I know I'm not sinless. The only thing I know is this business that I'd been doing. After my daughter death I struggled. I had to forgive myself of the little things. That's when I started to get victory. I had to rebuke the spirit of grief. I knew if I continued to allow the spirit of grief it would kill me. The same time I lost my daughter. Another woman lost her son. She was so depressed that she died from broken heart. Jesus Christ is joy and victory. He gave me a gift. My daughter dancing for God. It was beautiful. She had beautiful flag that was irridescent. I have never seen something so beautiful. One day I will praise Jesus with her one day

I am so sorry for the loss of your daughter. The other lady died of what they call Broken Heart Syndrome. My husband died in 2008, then my only living child in 2021 and I had to seek Him to process the grief. He is faithful and met me where I was. May God continue to pour in the "oil and the wine" and that the balm of Gilead will comfort you.

Given the fact that she was suffering from depression and anxiety, I understand why she chose to stay in Heaven! I had a dream of dying and going to Heaven! I too suffer from depression and was at the time of my dream. It was euphoric!!! Joy unspeakable and full of glory!!! ❤. When I woke from that dream the euphoria stayed with me for many days after. But in my dream, I was given a choice whether to stay or go back. I said “ I have to raise my son!!” He was just a baby then. It was so real. I KNOW ITS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! I wish I could be like this man, but I lost my husband 18 months ago and I just can't stop grieving. We loved each other so much and now I just don't want to be here. Sinfully and stupidly. about four months after his death, I took a massive overdose. As a highly trained nurse I knew the best drugs to take and in what quantities. I was sure I would just die in my sleep and was utterly devastated when I awoke the next morning. I was very ill for two weeks, but I survived. Now I have been diagnosed with severe depression, acute anxiety and severe agoraphobia. I am just an empty shell.

Big hugs!! The only thing I can tell you is that it will get easier. But you will never stop missing him. I wish I could give you some Jesus encouragement but honestly....I know he is there but despite me talking to him regularly and doing everything I can on my end. My heart has been broken so terribly... none of it really matters. I'm just a zombie shell too. Everyday I ask him why he would take somebody who loves him so much, and allow Satan to just beat them to a pulp repeatedly. Zero response, just like the day before, and the day before that etc. 🤷‍♀️ I don't understand any of it. You will be in my prayers. I remember it taking everything I had to not accelerate my car and drive head on into a tree with both of my kids in the car. Overwhelming desire but I just couldn't do that to my kids. I'm so sorry I can't lift you up. But I do 100% understand the utter depths of your pain. Allow yourself to fully grieve, stay away from the psych meds, push into God and at some point, hopefully you will get better. It will get bumpy around the anniversary and important dates but about ayear and a half into it, you will start to feel feel better.. just know you aren't alone and that life does go on. And you are are still a part of it.

I lost my boyfriend to not to long ago and when I walked in the hospital elevator there was a boy about 12 years old with a T shirt on that had this scripture on it. Jeremiah 29:11 . I knew it was the Lord to encourage me because they didn’t expect him to live. I thought he would with all the prayer etc but it was not meant to be. The Lord has sustained me and I’m still going strong . Praise God ! Pray you and April and your new family have a wonderful and blessed life together! God Bless you all !✝️✝️✝️

I got married 2014 when I was 23 years. May husband passed on 2016 a month to our 2nd anniversary. I went through the most hard grieving. I didn't want anyone who knows me near me especially the church family. The devil used that as an opportunity to get me. I backslided. Thank God he pooled me out again and gave me a second chance. He revealed to me the secret of submit myself to holy spirit. We cannot get it right by carrying this fresh on our own.

Years ago my children walked away from God and their faith in Jesus Christ. My husband and I raised them in faith but because of the many attacks they suffered spiritually, mentally and physically they decided not to believe anymore. I told my husband with his approval I wanted to start a women's prayer group in our home. If my children would not go to church, I would bring the church to my home. Since a year ago, God's group has grown from 5 to 25. The ladies have become prayer warriors and soldiers growing in deliverance, prayer and witnessing to others. The Lord has been so faithful and what the enemy intended for evil, the Lord has used for His glory. My children have no choice but to witness what's taking place and little by little I see their attitudes changing even heard them glorify the name of the Lord without being able to hide their words 😂. Glory be to my Lord and Savior 🙌🙌❤️ Jesus Christ!!

Like the book of Job, we need to trust in the Lord and give thanks in everything. I too also learned not to put anyone above the Lord God in my heart. It will make it easier to lose others you love knowing you can trust him and love him more than anything.

Awesome testimony of following your Saviour and King, but at a price Chad. I have lamented for years about the usual "Bums on seats" every Sunday and listening to droning of often/sometimes genuine but ineffectual so-called 'teaching'. Churches I've attended have forgotten that it never was about buildings, filling up a large auditorium but to make Disciples, Pray for the sick, ask for Divine Encounters, and cry out to Abba, Yeshua and Holy Spirit, "I WANT MORE OF YOU".
