Sathya Sai Divine Discourse - Beware of Those Who Misuse Swami’s Name

This was the excerpt of a Divine Discourse that was played in the Sai Kulwant Hall on the occasion of the Aradhana Mahotsavam 2018, morning programme. The discourse was originally delivered on 22 Jul 2002 during the International Seva Conference at Prasanthi Nilayam.
In this clip, Swami expresses His immense pain and disappointment that some people in the garb of devotees are misusing Swami's name and soliciting money. Swami categorically says that He does not approve fundraising of any kind, and it is completely against His nature to seek from others, and those who claim to represent Him too must not indulge in or support any such activities.

@john snow that's exactly what I thought just like you, the name will cleanse the mind heart just like tablets does for body. But for some type if people tablets don't work, I know people who are chanting the name for several years yet their personality remains weak, venomous n hateful. I guess they did chanting mechanically and did not do chanting with a heart filled with love for God or purity or commitment. I guess that's what Baba is saying. 🙏

@john snow well said. I see Gods plan for everyone and everything. The question was on timely results or why things seem endlessly complex to achieve. With a pure temple like heart chanting results are miraculously quick. Just realised that during pandemic. The next level is to transcend language numbers or names. Any mantra needs a yantra(body) but both to fructify needs Swatantra (freedom... from negative emotions). You are a great noble jivaatma or soul, it was a gift and an honor to recieve your reply.
