There are not most, with a few exceptions, Satin Jackets songs remixes. DJs have been given a wide latitude to use other people's music without express written consent and, in many cases, payment. Music is the only thing with a "forever" copyright recognized worldwide. By international law, you cannot use another person's (dead or alive) likeness in music. That means it cannot resemble music previously copyrighted. Period. Hence the outcome of this lawsuit. Meanwhile, Thicke has been ordered to pay an additional $1,768,191.88, and Williams and his publishing company will pay another $357,630.97 to the Gaye family. Additionally, The Gaye family is entitled to receive prejudgment interest on the damages award and respective profits against each of them, totaling $9097.51. The Gaye family is also entitled to royalties for 50 percent of the songwriter and publishing revenue from “Blurred Lines." ***Let's see how long it takes for this post to be removed. I have always thought offering incorporation with the USA would be a good idea. We would normalize citizenship and join as one. Treat them as brothers with the same goals. A prosperous life and family, all while benefiting from their culture.

Outstanding video. Been to six of the best rooftop venues in Europe and North America. Toledo Rooftop is the best. I feel those ancient cultures adding to the beat and at altitude it all feels so different. Add good music, food, and libations, and a cool crowd and you have a people watcher's dream.
