Loved tis, your attentiveness in making partings is amazing! Can I suggest a parting 'treatment' with her hair wet and making several clean, sharp partings, sides, high, low, centre, etc Personally, my preference is to make partings with a tailcomb but in normal hold using the first tooth, but you do it so well I like your pintail method too.
