I am writing from Turkey .In our country the service is too bad. They only serve buyers from Istanbul and no where else. I had a problem with my rechargeable vertical vacuum cleaner and the man I talked to asked me to package and send it to Istanbul from Bodrum. This is unacceptable and I think the managers of Dyson should know this and fix it .

Size with storage matters, nobody wants 2 separate machines for dry and wet cleaning. Therefore, Dyson is nowadays obsolete - overslept evolution. More importantly, hygienically is wet mopping more important as any dry vacuuming, wondering how such a company could miss that point over past years. Philips, tineco, karcher, roborock, bissell and many others now lead for all-in-one solutions.
