Doubtful. The pre-treatments don't "bring the dirt to the surface". They loosen the soil and the hot water extraction vacuum pressure is what brings it up out of the fibers and removes it. @@peterharper8216
@peterharper82165 жыл бұрын
@the Accent American Inc. I understand how the dirt removed. But the key thing is that if not for the pretreatment the dirt would not easily come out. The wet liquid pretreatment loosens the dirt, and allows it to be easier seen, at least compared to untreated carpet. You can see where the carpet is wet and where it is not.

My sister works for this restaurant and in a different location they just switched to concrete (for this reason) and she JUST slipped and broke her finger working last weekend, so.... there’s a reason restaurants choose to have carpet. This restaurant (all locations) has consistently gotten A grades for health code. The kitchen is really clean and they do more than any restaurant I’ve ever worked in to maintain cleanliness... you’d be surprised what happens in the kitchen in places you like to eat. The kitchen here is open. In closed kitchens, you don’t wanna KNOW how many cooks aren’t wearing gloves, hair falling in food and they just pick it out because customers can’t see. This place is probably cleaner than most of your houses... which might not be saying much lol

@KeenxLimit5 жыл бұрын
You'd be surprised how easily carpet gets dirty. Worked in a restaurant that gets carpets cleaned once a year. Starchy foods that fall on the floor squishes into the carpet and turns black when it collects dirt and forms a hard layer. Within a month near the kitchen entrance where the highest traffic is, you wouldn't be able to see the carpet.
@Edited65 жыл бұрын
@@KeenxLimit The filth in the video is not really comparable to the small patches of grime found near kitchen exits. If you're going to shutdown to deep clean the front of the house, it'd only make sense you do the back of the house at the same time and vice versa. I think Kimberly's presumption is sound.

OH MY GOD how satisfying is this video to watch?!?!?! Even the music had me all chill. That's one hell of a steam vac. Haha! "Shit is thick. Pardon my French." LMAO!!!

if someone has carpet in their restaurant it should be a rule or even a law to deep clean the carpet at least once a month or even once every two weeks. something like that.

You don’t own a Restuarant. $1000 month carpet cleaning bill? Your out of business in 3 months. It’s tough owning a restaurant. Everyone needs to own one before they die so they can appreciate their current career.

@@baileyj123 you don't HAVE to hire a service every time. you can buy a vac yourself and get the products to use with it. i would still hire a service for a good once a year cleaning

@@D8W2P4 a steam cleaner does not cost thousands. the chemicals don't cost thousands. i know a few mom and pop shops that keep their carpets clean this way...... you can even RENT a cleaner regularly....

I’m assuming the carpet cleaning was one of the requirements to reopen this restaurant after it failed its health inspection.
