That's what I was thinking too! It's pinker, besides which the mix was part liquid lipstick. I doubt it was solid enough to create a regular lipstick.

I wish they didn’t always combine the colors when they have multiple damaged lipsticks. I’d rather see them restored, even if it’s less product than it originally contained, rather than combining two colors to make some random pink/red combo shade. I’m referring to the ones that clearly have enough product left to achieve that, not the ones that only have a small amount left. Also, what do you do with the extra product you have left over in the beaker, after you’ve filled up your lipstick mold? Do you put it into a lip palette? I feel like theres so much leftover product wasted that gets left behind in the beaker, and would love to see how you utilize that to minimize waste.

@Rikki Swon, the "nasty noises" are not added. The O.P. has a microphone near by her work space. The volume is up in order to capture the sounds of the "repair" process. It's part of the ASMR value of her videos. Anyone who doesn't like the enhanced sound can simply mute the audio. Personally, I like it.
