"the big ones" are different types of lesions. Those are pustules mostly, pus, half-dissolved, or completely dissolved plugs, some blood, some other fluids. If you live that, you are better off searching for abscess/abscess drainage/inflamed cysts. I am guessing they are still opening pustules with signs of plugs, or the pustules are starting to discharge accidentally during the mask/massage stage of the visit.

Lord have mercy, y'all. They're in the business of clearing people's acne. Their sole purpose is not our entertainment. They get the small ones because 1. The small ones will become big ones if they're not cleared properly and 2. After they get the big ones, the skin becomes swollen and irritated, making the small ones harder to spot.

I had similar acne years ago and can feel exactly what this person is going through. It’s brutal. Some of that has been there way too long and should have been extracted weeks ago. The longer is stays the worse it hurts and more entrenched it becomes. The volume of gunk removed from that face would fill a specimen cup. Should never get that backed up.

I'm noticing that most of these moderate to severe cases of acne are on people who have excessive facial hair growth. That companied with impacted hair follicles may be the underlying cause of cystic acne. Of course hormones are responsible for all of the extra skin cell and sebum production, but ingrown hairs make it impossible for all that extra to get out when they wash their faces regularly. I can see the hair coming out with each comedones she extracts. Sometimes its a bunch of hair.
