Just want to translate something for viewers who don't speak Vietnamese: The client is a first grade teacher and she's pregnant. She got some free time from work (a couple of free periods) and that's why she's able to see Thuy today. She said her acne was getting worse lately. She wanted her skin to look better, and wished Thuy could work more on her face in this session, but it hurt so much. As a result, she asked Thuy if it's ok for her to stop. Thuy said she understood the pain, but encouraged her to hang on a little bit more, so she could get most of the acne out, especially the ones that were being infected. Thuy also said to the client that being a woman was hard: being pregnant, giving birth, working and raising kids, and trying to have a healthy skin and looking decent... But she assured the client that after this session, her face would look much better. Also at one time, Thuy said she love this client so much bc while she was in tears and pain, she cracked smiles often and acknowledged appreciation!

Because the big juicy ones can bleed uncontrollably and the skin around its circumference is friable. Doing the big ones first can spread infection under the periphery. They usually save them for last just for that reason.

Because Thuy explains to the client that she’ll get the little ones first. If she does the big ones first, the swelling will hide the little ones. On the 2nd pass, she’ll extract the big ones. Remember that this is just part of the session; it is not the full 1hr or longer session you’re seeing.

Totally agree. I haven’t watched in quite some time bc they didn’t have any new ones but watching these seems like I’m watching a different person do it now. She’s not as thorough and also cuts so deep into the skin. Whereas before she would just create an opening and make sure everything was out. She’s just causing bigger pimples by not getting the sac out. It’s a disservice to the clients who have to endure so much pain

The girl is pregnant and in a lot of pain. If she gets the big ones first, the areas around those bleeding spots would be too hard to work on finding the ones underneath skin. She also jumps around to different places because working on one concentrated area is very painful for the client. Uploading these videos for people to watch is one thing, but she's also trying to help her clients, hence, provide as much comfort as possible. In all of her videos, she always tell her clients: "please bear with me", "try hard to bear with the pain so you'll have clear skin", etc.

I liked how this client worked through her pain-trying to have good spirits and even laugh a little with the “Owwww”. I felt compassion for her because she wanted to be there and understood it would hurt-and also be so frustrating. Whereas, sometimes the boys seem to be exaggerating out of self-pity...and I feel much less compassion for that.

Hmm, I'm one of those people who want to hear the sounds from the Spa. It adds a lot to my experience in a positive way. I feel more like I'm right there, sitting besides the client, watching my friend work on their skin. I feel too much detachment when I mute it and I always do mute the videos they add music to. I really don't like music added to videos like these. I prefer it being kept real I suppose. I'm so grateful to you Thuy and whoever helps you make these videos for not adding music and allowing us to hear the true sounds and give us the choice to mute if we want to. Your videos are great! I take this opportunity to ask you again to please, please make longer videos like you used to. Will you please make a few a month that are around an hour long, at least 30 min? There is a big loss of satisfaction not being able to watch the entire session.

Maybe she comes from a rural village, and likely only goes I to town on occasions. I've watched these guys who make amazing homes, for animals every summer, or liveable temporary spots for themselves, they're out in the boonies. Lots of villages and waterways, that are far from inner city.

This was a great video, but man, I felt so bad for that client. She was in so much pain, and unlike some of the others I could tell she wasn't exaggerating. That was rough to witness. I hope her skin improves quickly. Also, if the two fingered squeeze isn't doing the trick, maybe instead of poking the spot over and over again, and squeezing with two fingers over and over again, you could use both hands like you do on the forehead sometimes. I mean, come on now...if one method isn't working, try something different.
