I always have to struggle with small insect shit on the windows, I scrape them off with a window scraper but then I have to redo the window. What do you do?

Skylights get dirty, I clean these only once a year so usually a walnut pad does the trick

Cleaning clean windows again? Usually, skylights have half inch of dirt and algea on them. Get the wrong clients. Good techniques.
