My wife’s niece and her husband used to live out there, every time you went out the back those horses would make their way up to the fence to see what you were doing.

I have always mowed inclined with my 2 cycle and mowed with the incline rather than across it. My grandfather’s yard was 30’ above the street at a 60 degree slope. He had removed the handle and replaced it with a 60’ loop of rope and would lower the mower down and jockey it over and then pull it back up all across the width of his yard. The 2 cycle of course didn’t care what angle it was at. The City tried to copy his method with 4 cycle mowers and burned up their engines. The guy who bought my Grandfather’s house tried to buy his mower too but Grandpa wouldn’t sell it to him. He said “Let him figure it out!” Now here in the U.S. we can’t get 2 cycle mowers anymore. I have 4 of them!!

That had to be extra challenging with the incline. Reminds me of my side steep yard. I'm glad I had a good power lawn mower at the time. Good job! 👍🏻
