am i the only one that hates the asmr sound effects in these videos? i appreciate the music so much. its impossible to find one with none of the audio, there isnt a single video out there like that. i just have to find ones with music without searching and hope they dont have audio that will wake me up in the night. using music as a keyword just leads to versions without the music and WITH the audio

You should try and talk to your doctor about it at your next check up. You could have hormonal imbalances that could be treated with medication or they might recommend a melatonin supplement. If it’s just occasional, like before a big test or trip or first day of school, that’s completely normal. If it’s every day or if I it’s negatively impacting your life, I’d have your parents make an appointment with your doctor to see what’s up.
