Masala Sattu Sharbat, Salty Sattu Drink Recipe, Meetha Sattu Sharbat, Chana Sattu Drink, Chatur Sharbat, Sattu Ka Ghol
Ingredients for Sattu Drink :
Chana Sattu (चना सत्तू ) - 1 cup ( 100 gms)
Lemons(नींबू ) - 1
Fresh Coriander’s leaves 2-3 tablespoons chopped
Green chili (हरी मिर्च )- 1 (finely chopped)
Roasted Cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर )- 1/2 tsp
Black Salt (काला नमक ) - 1/2 tsp or to taste
Salt (नमक ) - Lessthan 1/4 tsp or to taste
How to make Sattu Drink :
1. For Namkeen sattu drink take sattu in bowl, add some ice cubes n all the spices spices to it such as black salt, plain salt,roasted cumin powder, green chili, lemon juice. Mix well. then add chilled water, whisk well. Add some more water if you feel that consistency is thick.
2. Pour in glass to serve. Garnish with some mint leaves or green coriander leaves.
3. For Sweet Sattu drink, take sattu in bowl, add some water, whisk well. Add some more water.
4. Add black salt, powdered sugar, add lemon juice. Mix well and serve.
