@@mohamedkalo785 It’s a difference kind of racism. It’s more “cast” racialism. But if you have the right kind of educated enlightened company you really won’t feel bad. I came here because I was married to an Indian and my kids were small when we came. It was a culture shock at first for me but I managed and stayed on. Both my children have gone back home to Trinidad but I am still here with my husband who is ill. I kept myself busy with my business so I never had time to bother with the people. I listen to some Trini talking but you know we have it so good in Trinidad, really. I am thoroughly enjoying your program and feeling part of it. Thank you for doing what you are doing. Hi Videsh it’s really nice that you just preparing. a Great cook out and invited all your friends and family beautiful dishes, but I want to say that cat fish is what we Guyanese call cat fish But gilbaker is a different fish it has a coating on the entire fish very bright yellow color But you have to clean and scrape it off before cooking it taste very delicious

Vedesh, Gilbaka is a type of catfish. Not all catfish is called Gilbaka in Guyana . It's yellow like Gold. 😁😁 so delicious. Just had some for dinner today. Denny from Its Our Life ARD sent some for me. 🤤🤤🤤
