If anyone has anything negative to say about the sd70 macs,you are invited to form a lone to the right!these girls are excellent pullers!just ask the kcs!AND they will tell you, these are the most reliable diesels ever made.i saw some of them in action on the csx.and I will say this about them,they will pull a train ,and they will make money for the railroad!hands down!I will PICK EMD LOCOMOTIVES OVER GE, ANY TIME!

KCStrainiac Thanks Bishop! It was pretty neat, all the ACes were some of KCS' newest units. Unfortunately, there won't be any getting better for my Uncle, he's been given about a week. So yeah, not good. Thanks for the thoughts though, appreciate it.

Sweet video! Those KCS SD70's are shiny as hell. Come to think of it, I've been getting a lot of ACe's as well... Must be something in the air. What's with all the horn after the crossing on the second train?

***** Thanks Spencer! I was out today and saw a bunch of BNSF ACes... went to some new territory for me. Anyway, Yeah, those ACes were some of KCS' newest units. Actually both trains here had a lot of horn, at the beginning, there should only have been a grade crossing sequence before the train comes into view, but there was a lot more than that. The second train was blowing its horn for the kids at the Youth/Teen Center that's just off screen to the left there. I often park in their lot to film trains... like I did this morning when two more ACes came through :D
