My cat reacts and looks at the TV as soon as the first few bars of Handsome Nature's music comes on. It's amazing that she remembers what is about to come next. She also went nuts batting at the TV and wondering why she couldn't catch those mice :)

Ive watched this vid so many times bc of my cat that I’ve named the mice. The tan one is Chonk. He tries to steal all the food and do home invasions of the hidey hole. The gray mice are Carl and Rita. Rita is always yelling at Carl: Carrllll he’s at it again. Referring to chonk trespassing on their property. Carl tries to chase Chonk off but Chonk is very fast at evading Carl even though he’s a chonk. There’s a frog that appears later. I think he was hired as a security guard for the hidey hole

This is too funny 🤣. I actually named the mice as well! I went with Graham for the tan one because he reminded me of a golden graham but I might have to switch to Chonk now! I'm working on a new video featuring more of the frogs so stay tuned for that 😀

That's so funny! My cats ask for this video as part of the bedtime routine. About 18 seconds in the mice start jumping around and my female cat makes a little chitter noise. Always the same part of the video and she doesn't vocalize at all after that. It's pretty entertaining.

The little yellow-ish and buffy brown mouse that jumps around is called a woodland jumping mouse. Wikipedia says: The woodland jumping mouse (Napaeozapus insignis) is a species of jumping mouse found in North America. It can jump up to 3 m (9.8 ft) using its extremely strong feet and long tail.

This video and the one with the mouse and frog have my cat addicted to looking at the tv even when it is off. When it is playing and the mice and frogs are jumping she bats at the screen like crazy and make sounds.

I'm not positive but I believe it may be a "house mouse" and the brown ones are "deer mice". Either way they are fun to watch!
