With the slumber he had to have both Jizu and Ghidorah to be able to slumber because he has to summon lights to both fields

Yes, same thing with wind statue, you cant slumber to just summon gadarla and different attribute one to opp's field.

Due to Gozen match I’m pretty absolutely sure he can’t slumber. That’s like the interaction with a statue barrier. You can’t attempt to activate because at the time you activate there’s one light attribute on each side. And he could have legally activate it only if he was attempting to spécial LIGHT on both side.. maybe wrong but really not sure about how it was ruled here..

You are incorrect, what u are thinking of is probably the wind barrier statue interaction. As there is only one wind kaiju it is not possible to summon two wind kaijus with different names but, because there are two light with different names the game recognizes that you could summon them they don’t even have to be summoned or in your deck.

Apparently Konami has made some ruling issue due to this card, and so many people will learn something with that. 👌🏻♥️ Ps : due to that, is it an obligation for the opponent to show you both kaiju on his deck or is it NOT an obligation to have both ?

No they just have to exist the game recognizes that it’s possible to summon two light kaijus but when the board is destroyed you can summon any attribute because there is nothing on the board

Absolutely love the decks you make. You definitely put me onto Rikka and Marincess. Been interested in your Kashtira Speedroid deck too. Love the break down videos of everything and the locals content. Have you thought about Punk or Madolche/Vern? I’m trying to make Kashtira punk work and I’ve always had a soft spot for Madolche. The Vern cards really help extend and can search out the Izizu cards and dump them in the GY if you want. With the Vern Goddess negating a monster effect at resolution is broken. I also have her special summon the earth barrier statue from grave on my opponents turn if I can. And she permanently steals a monster. Just something to think about

He can’t slumber. You can only attempt to summon the same attribute you already control regardless of if it removes the current monsters or not (unless of course the Kaijus are both light in this case)

The Slumber question was ruled correctly, but the reason was incorrect. Under normal rules, you would not be able to activate slumber if you didn't have two light Kaijus with different names in deck here. (Also when all monsters have been destroyed, you can choose to summon a non-light Kaiju at this point.) This would also mean, however, that Kaiju Slumber could not be activated when a player controls a Kaiju (of which they can only control one, hence, no other Kaiju could be summoned to their field). Because of this, Konami made a ruling, that you can activate Slumber in these cases, even though game mechanics would prohibit it.

Game 3 is exactly why I'm putting in book of lunar eclipse into my decks instead of eclipse, giving your opponent +2 or more if you can't clear their board is insane, also eclipse loses to a single ash blossom. Most decks don't care about the discard since every deck has a 1 card starter it feels like, but we'll see how the meta shakes out to see what people are on.

Hi have been a longtime sub just because of the photon galaxy deck its my favorite was wondering if you were gonna make a deck profile or test hand video since the new booster came out. Ive tried to stay in the yugioh scene and keep up with meta but its so hard this deck is what keeps me involved mostly and would like some player knowledge after the new cards were released. Keep up the great work man I think ill be buying new boxes and sleeves too and plan on using your code.

G3 u could use the second copy of sanctuary in order to ss the link2 galaxy eyes with both the tokens. then oppo’ sp add galaxy eyes photon dragon with n90 to use as a discard for the link. with all that u could have 2 interrupts + gozen

U should have tributed the token and the Bujin to make a rank 8, using the galaxy eyes and the vanisher( cause vanisher would be level 8 and Bujin 2000 atk because the rank 4 give them a boost)
