For pancake, we use the same ingredients, never used sugar instead either apple sauce ORGANIC or bananas . Try to add coconut flour and some chia seeds too. You can do blueberries . For Alina, you can just brush some butter right after cooking them . I use the vitamix to grind the oat ( dry container)

Try to mix also some oven baked sweet potatoes or butternut squash , mash them well and add them to the pancake mix , you can add cinnamon too

Hi Lina, you can substitute yogurt with homemade buttermilk. Add one tablespoon of white vinegar to a cup of milk and leave it for 10 minutes. Some recipes use lemon instead of vinegar but I never tried it.
