And who says Saturday isn't a good day to exercise? Today's workout has been specially prepared for the little ones to exercise at home and eliminate a lot of body fat and calories to maintain a healthy weight and strengthen their muscles!
These aerobic exercises will help kids work out their whole body, burn fat and tone their muscles, making them stronger and healthier each day. This workout features medium-impact cardio exercises, and this will be followed by weight-bearing exercises, this will be done all standing and the kids will use their own body weight as resistance, building lean mass in the targete areas to give them a more toned and fit body!!
