Uncle Clyde is Blessed to have such an abundance of fruits, vegetables and herbs in his garden. The green seasoning is so beautiful and vibrant. Love and hugs to Foodie Nation and Uncle Clyde from New Jersey.

I just found uncle clyde I love him simple and delicious the way my parents cooked in Trinidad I live in Florida and why I love uncle Clyde he's original most people nowadays they add stuff your parents never did that why I love uncle Clyde and the food remains delicious and healthy

Hi hi Uncle, how r you ? Well, i never use fever grass in soup but i will try it. Can you teach us to make pone. I love that and guava jam/jelly, a pigeon peas pelau, homemade bread, sweet bread,coconut drops. 🙋‍♀️💯👋😃👍💕💞nice video. Looking forward for the next one👍

Never heard of clove in soup though..I know of the other spices..but then again Paramin has a culture of its own..looks great anyway👌👌

Lol - it's building immunity. On another note, I was never aware of any outbreaks (such as salmonella) while growing up there. Whereas in the U.S. there are numerous food recalls.
