that soup looked really good ,,,,how was the texture of the pigtails?....we normally pressure it for abit before putting in the soup.

Soup looks delicious.😋. Never thought of stewing the meat first. I saute the meat instead. It's true that every Saturday my mother used to cook beef soup. Dinesh, you could have cut a piece of the pepper from the one that you boiled in the soup. Enjoy.😋
