I also love omelettes and can’t make them so I have a little trick more dishes, but it works. While I’m cooking my omelette in the pan, I’m heating up another pan so when one sides done I just flip it into the other pan and then both sides get done.

Hi, enjoyed being with you on Saturday. Just some info on Sidney the duck, I work in an antique mall and I have a set of those wooden ducks. They are from Thailand and are painted with chalk paint. I have about 8 in my set, all sizes and colors and with name tags. So cute, but they are not old. :( Hugs always, Karla in Cali.
