I was trying to figure out what it was. I think some of it is that after his meltdown in early 2020 after dating Kaia Gerber, he went into rehab and went on meds again. Meds can have a devastating impact on a person's body, especially liver and kidneys. I've known people on meds, and it can cause bloating, bad complexion and shadows under the eyes, which Pete already has. Pete has looked much healthier recently. He was spotted at Whole Foods with Chase Sui Wonders, and had gone to Whole Foods when he was with Ariana. I think he and Kim were on a strict diet before the Met gala. They both looked incredible at the White House Correspondents' Dinner in April. Over the summer, he was not looking well. He was eating a lot of Italian food with Kim K, which is not good for anyone with Crohn's disease, especially the pasta and all the pizza they were eating, as well as ice cream. Also, Pete has been smoking cigarettes, which for someone with his health issues, is very bad.
